We consider affiliates members of our team and trust that our brand will be carefully represented.
DVF Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions:
1. Incentivized Sites are allowed in the DVF.com affiliate program only on a case by case basis. If you are using incentivized methods and are not approved by the Ascend by Partnerize Network quality team, orders may be subjected to commission reversal and you could be expired from the DVF.com affiliate program. Please contact the DVF Affiliate Manager (DVF@goodsellmarketing.com) for more details.
2. PPC:
a. Affiliates MAY NOT bid on the DVF.com trademarks or brands. No TM, no TM+
b. Our trademarks include, but are not limited to: DVF, DVF.com, Diane von Furstenberg and Dianevonfurstenberg.com.
c. Affiliates MAY bid on all non-brand terms.
3. Email Publishers are allowed in the DVF.com affiliate program as long as they are CAN-SPAM compliant.
4. Downloadable software partners are allowed and encouraged to join our program.
5. ALL affiliates must use current/authorized promotions that are reflected through banners, text links, and coupons in the Ascend by Partnerize Network, otherwise they may be subjected to reversal of commissions and removal from the program.
6. Diane von Fursteberg does not allow resellers to buy products off of their sites. Resellers should contact the company directly at help@dvf.com with questions about wholesale.
7. Each party hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the other party and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents, free and against any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, injuries or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) brought by a third party, arising out of a breach, or alleged breach, of any of its representations or obligations herein.
To receive the indemnities contained in this Section 6, the party seeking indemnification must promptly notify the other party in writing of a claim or suit and provide reasonable cooperation (at the indemnifying party's expense) and full authority to defend or settle the claim or suit. The indemnifying party will have no obligation to indemnify the indemnified party under any settlement made without the indemnifying party's written consent.
